The Post-Party Party

These pictures were way overdue. T'was a kickass night. Hope you enjoyed your birthday, Pradeep. Unfortunately birthday boy wasn't in any of the pics seeing how he was outside getting drunk on wine.

Pray hard that next week will be a good week for me. With the long awaited driving test on Wednesday and my project presentation on Thurs it will definitely be crunch time. Friday's my birthday so please don't forget to mail me your presents. Each present should at least cost $300, thanks. Come Saturday, I'll be chilling at Hacienda with my favourite people. I can smell it already. It'll be a good week.

Invaders from space and beyond

I hate it when parents don't teach their children proper manners. Have you ever had your room raided by 2 incessant kids before? Jumping and rolling on your bed, touching your computer and messing with your comic book collection? MY FUCKING COMIC BOOK LIBRARY WAS TOUCHED BY UNAUTHOURISED HANDS. If this was the army I'd send you to DB for that.

And then it gets worse. The 17 year old son of my dad's friend plonks himself on my bed and decides to stare at me, hoping to start a conversation. Being the nice host that I am I was stuck with him for almost an hour. I missed at least half of my football match because of these guests coming to my house at the eleventh hour.

The words "Ok come on let's get going!" by the parents couldn't have been at a later time of 1115pm but it was well received by the hosts nonetheless.

Too Cool For School

School has really been a great escape from the drudgery and petty issues that I've got to deal with on an everyday basis while serving the big man up there. Never would I thought that I'd enjoy writing out a SWOT analysis but hey I'm looking forward to doing research on our business plan.

Besides school there's only 3 things on my mind right now that's keeping me together everyday.

1. My driving test
2. ORD
3. Finding a job, hopefully at a place where it pays decently well. Credit Suisse doesn't sound too bad.

Striking Gold

I love Entourage. And what makes this show tick? Jeremy Piven who plays the smarmy (yeah there's such a word, google it) Hollywood agent, Ari Gold. Ari's a bad ass motherfucker in a suit waiting to tell you how you screwed up because you didnt listen to his high and mighty advice. If you do manage to catch Entourage, you definitely won't be able to miss out on this loud mouthed 2 time Emmy nominated actor.

In the kicking the trend with my quote of the day, here are some quotes (yes plural, that's how i'm kicking the trend with this post) from Ari.

Josh: Hey Ari!
Ari: That's a great story.
Josh: How you doing? Crashing parties now?
Ari: You know Joshie here, I don't know if you guys know but he used to be my assistant.
Josh: That was a long time ago Ari.
Ari: What 14 months, that ain't that long. He used to make the best hazelnut latte. He was like a chemist in there, working. Just like mommy made. It was fantastic!
Josh: Hey man, ease up man it's a friggin' party here ok?
Ari: Does your boss know you're using his house? Because I put a call into him. He and I went to school together. I helped him cheat on his economics final. That's how he got his degree, he owes me big time.
Josh: You called my boss?
Ari: Absolutely. You know another class I took at Harvard? Business Ethics. I don't steal other people's mother fucking clients, but in your case I'm going to make an exception. I'm going to take everyone; your B-level sitcom stars, your reality-TV writers, when I'm done with you, you're gonna be repping sideshow freaks. You need Jo-Jo the Dog-Face-Bitch-Boy? Call Josh Weinfuck, the lightweight pen-stealing fuckface.

Ari: All right, when you talk to Dana, tell her I'm going to take the pictures from Cancun, and start a website called imahollywoodexecutivewhore.com and there will be no password or fee required, and I will take out a full page ad in the LA Times promoting it. Tell her I want a fucking call back.

Ari: From now on ask my permission before you bang one of my assistants.
Eric: How'd you know that?
Ari: 'Cause I know all. And I could have told you that this would end badly. Now I gotta to fire her so you don't feel weird.
Eric: No. Don't fire her.
Ari: All right. Well, I'll just sexually harass her until she quits.

Mary Jane

I went to the moon
Before we know
She'll have to go
Wish I were there too
But I've got to go

Recess

I'm going back to school. It's come at such a great time; a welcome distraction from many things that have been causing some unduly stress on me. Maybe seeing some familiar faces mixing it out with unfamiliar people might take awhile to get used to but it's not like I have a choice with that one.

Now, all I need to find is my pencil case and we're good to go.
